We experienced a global outage of our tile servers after a bad release to address an infrequent bug impacting the ability to load tiles for a small number of requests. The outage prevented the loading of any terrain or orthophoto tile in the Platform or computing measurements. The outage was immediately detected by our automated alerts and the team reverted the change which began restoring services to their previous state. Systems were fully recovered at 06:23AM MT (12:23PM UTC). The team is continuing to monitor over the next few hours to ensure systems remain stable.
